Five Fruit Soup Recipe



2 cups Florida grapefruit juice
1 cup Florida orange juice
1 cup buttermilk
1 ripe banana cut in chunks
1 cup sliced, fresh strawberries
1 cup sliced cantaloupe pieces
2 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
Strawberries and fresh mint for garnish


Combine all ingredients, in several batches, in a container of electric blender or food processor; cover; blend until smooth.  Chill at least 1 hour.  Garnish with strawberry slices and fresh mint, if desired.

YIELD:  4 servings (about 6 cups).
